A diagnosis of the fault in which the conventional practice as each with the accreditation are materially of more precisely culpability, to which the scope their performable understanding is a complete relation to the consequence. In as well, the conceptual dictations on relevant capacitance testing and the conscious capacity to self evaluate before externalisation of the matter by which an effort is effectively made (to effect others)


           The Mechanism

           The relevant factors to which an election or poll operates is not in any way complicated. As when you imagine that the university is trying to allocate resources to finalise the purchase of a computer to examine statistics and run economic projections. The matters at hand are the capacity to apply, the consistent utility and the premises from which the devotion may sacrifice other coincidental objectives.

The people are not selected because they showed up, they had to meet checks... They had to keep their ears to the ground as to the total research opportunities and prove that they were devoted to the institution of the university. Without any relevant capacity to example their experience, devotions or expertise .. The capacity to be useful on the board is not of any total accreditation by endeavour or example.

For this reason there is only a slicer of capacity for even by their own measures to prove at this time the matter is ever effectively managed .. Leading to so many of the current mishapenings in the modern agendas. As with this notion, the varying capacity for any common member of a society to perform the examinations of their own failings or posed threats, either to them by others or the threat of their being to others... For should a being that benefits from a crime, be able to benefit from that policy, promoted by a criminal have any say in a matter constituting the existence and perpetuity of their own actions? No, as those who use their ability to disillusion others to the threats (that they, themselves may or may not have the capacity to understand) Then using the platform of politics to hopefully negotiate.

Leaving this abstract with one simple principle; Are any of you allowed to vote?

            The Operation

            Facilitation of the matters, polling or election are consisting of only few principles which require examination. To be without precedence of this matter is in fact a conscious act of gross negligence, with more than simply my being here to qualm the matter.

(A) What does constitute a citizen? .. The criteria that are used in their own principle to be associating the individuals with the state or nation...? - This practicality is generally founded on 3 principles...

(A, a) - Does the individual act in the benefit of their nation and the people who also reside within it?

(A b) - Does the individual in question have the ability to note their participation inside of the state or nation effectively?

(A, c) - Does the individual have the capacity to prove their actions benefitted their state or nation and the people whom reside within it?

(B) - Does there exit, the capacity to preventatively diagnose the failings of individuals as a matter of prospect, exist financially or mechanically?

(C) - Does the means to provide the certification in such matters of political mechanisms and the economic diagrams with actual citation for personal examination to be both noted before and in polling for application?

          Absent of the faculties to provide a procedure to the veneration of both citizens, candidates and the bills to which both are in excess lacking epipheral experience, the relationship I stand to ague is the complete indetermination of the substance to the fraudulent acts referred to as "Elections" or "Polls"

While the statement to concrete the matter of "who-is-who" The labours involved in the manufacture of whorings that consolidate the identification in the matters at hand .. Absent of the capacity to relate to the matter with any infrastructure to ensure risks of failure are noted accordingly - I see the material substance of the matter being that if there was a choice to be made - It is that both (given the genocide and crimes against humanity charges in this matter) Leaving meritocratic evaluation whilst my work circulates.
