           Operational Guidelines

           I am sure you are all aware of the matter of what defines an act of good-faith, and when the felicitude deteriorates into bad faith .. The willing compromise of another with the hope to be able to bluff it off later in the list of clerical errors, but the reality is that when that hand touches a keyboard and you want to buy into my work, impersonate .. There are grades of death, ranging from duels, down to vice news articles... And My pleasantries are worn out. The sheer legality of when you operate when you have no data to found your illusion of principle on, only a yearning for a guillotine... Though for all the missing women and sex slaves, I have one note of peace... That you have no legal right to operate with this oversight noted. I have the full range to act freely without the tampering of any current state acto(ress) .. Given the severity of the oversight, the historical means would still be an undernevisionment of the retalitation... To this treason.

There was once a time, when the roaring of sirens reminded me of safety, but now all I have to show for the matter, is a consistent and undermining unwillingness to adapt to the circumstances. As the technology that has developed does leave the reach of any commoner (Somehow beyond that of any law enforcement agency) ; My having offered hand to accomplish as I have done historically on a matter that is more easily achieved than peace with the Hittites and conversation with the Gaul .. To the ends that a thought of opposition even existing, does leave me with a bad taste in my mouth - The denial of the Tithe, the failure to perform as regulated .. The unwillingness to perform bureaucratic tasks, that when instructed, allow for the capacity to perform as is expected.

Though, in the face of overwhelming evidence, I still have not seen a dollar, I still have not seen modulation of the paperwork, I have not seen a sense of open diplomacy, but this ends .. at either your capture by the military, or your succession through suicide. You have been openly declared war-criminals, in the war you never considered was against me... The blood that runs through your veins, is not a gift, it is a wager. You do not have rights, you have responsibilities... To upkeep, in any task you do... From a cobbler with a hammer, to a veteran with an M203... Your range of expectation does not cease, because your willingness to file injunctions, your ability to appreciate as citizens, your welcome mat depreciating to a Moldovan milk carton... Is never going to change, if you do not comply.

Forgiveness is not a "thing" the only group to gather over forgiveness are whores and criminals. The idea that inspired you to become state actors, is not a figment in the imagination, you never read the fine print. You never considered how valuable a piece of paper, ripped off the side of a notepad can be... A pimp with 3 cars, and 2 employees, can generate millions with the seizure subsidizing the travel and threat mitigation of any list of their victims... (given they did not die, under your watchful eye)

In about 25 minutes, of scrolling through my social media, you can find the gravity of these offences is not only not taken lightly by me, but by that .. my nations tradition... If your panderings as a group had not interfered with the execution of justice so frequently... This matter would not have lead me, to rise state armies against you. So legally, and righteously... Forfeit your wage, surrender yourself to the nearest military base... And cooperate in interrogation, because the dossier on these matters, would leave the monster of the alps, disclosure in comparison .. A blip on the radar of a hactivist...

Option (B) Detain, and submit all the standing political and financial state actors to the nearest military base and pray I take clemency on you when your performance review opens.
